Bad customer service!
Since our arrival, the laundry machine was out of order. I asked everyday for a solution that didn’t came. 4 days waiting to wash my stuff with no result. Bad experience!

Great location, super soft pillows and bed!
Super soft and comfy pillows! Great neighborhood too with lots of restaurants and convenience stores around. Midway between palace, deoksogung and myeongdong. Great locations!

Great location right next to the heart of Seoul. The rooms are bigger than other hotels and the pricing is really competitive. Would recommend a stay here
